Chitwan Jungle Safari – Things to do in Chitwan National Park:

The tall grasses and the trees in Chitwan National Park hide many hidden secrets. The only way to discover these secrets is to get into the jungle’s deepest parts. Here’s how:

Jeep Safari:

The pleasure of spending time with your loved ones in a jeep while pointing out the different animals running through the forest is unparalleled. If the idea of walking through the woods makes you nervous or you’re in a hurry and need to explore the forest quickly, take an excursion in a jeep.

Walking Safari:

Chitwan, Nepal, is one of the rare places where you can explore the park’s central area. This lets you get close to reaching wildlife and provides an unforgettable experience. You can walk along an established trail or trace your route using an instructor. There are total, half or even multiple-day excursions available to pick from. If you’re adventurous, choose overnight safaris which will take you further into the forest.

Elephant Safari:

There’s no better way for you to get closer to the secrets in the forests than to explore them from the top of an elephant. While you wander through the woods, without the sound of a motor vehicle to scare animals away, there are greater chances of seeing.

A relaxing canoe trip through the Rapti River is truly mesmerising if you manage to get up early. While you are in the dugout canoe made of wood, you’ll see many kinds of birds flying around or resting along the shores of the River. Because morning is a quiet time, many animals will be drinking water or splashing around and creating great viewing opportunities.

Best time to visit Nepal:

The best time to visit Nepal is between October through December. If you plan to trek, between late September to the end of November is the ideal time to visit and is considered the peak tourist season. The weather is usually dry, the views are crystal clear, and there are numerous vital festivals to be celebrated. Be aware that winters can be freezing, especially as the days get closer to the end of December and January.

Another time to travel to Nepal is between March and April, the springtime months. The temperature is mild, the skies are clear, and the flowers bloom everywhere, bursting with joy. The summer months last between May and September and May, thought of to be the summer’s hottest month. Also, there is a lot of rain beginning in June, making humidity a significant problem. Many people still think this is the off-season since there are fewer tourists and accommodations and flights are less expensive. If you’re travelling to Nepal during monsoon time, do remember that there are always chances of landslides.
