Day 1 :

: GANGTOK - LACHEN

Pick up from Gangtok and travel towards Lachen (9500ft) via Chungthang, another peaceful and picturesque village in the higher Himalayas. Known for its proximity to Kanchenjunga National park, Chungthang is a subdivision town in North Sikkim. It is the first point of entry into the alpine north. On the way, visit Tashi viewpoint, Seven Sister Falls, and Naga falls, lunch in the middle. Transfer to the hotel in Lachen and overnight stay in the Lachen hotel in the evening.

Day 2 :

: EXCURSION TRIP TO GURUDONGMAR LAKE & BACK

Start early at 4 am, morning breakfast at Thangu, then proceed for an excursion trip through the Kanchenjunga National park and visit Gurudongmar Lake. After the visit, return to Lachen, post lunch transfer to Lachung. En-route visit Chungthang(the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu), Bhim Nala Waterfall and Holy Rock at Chungthang. Overnight dinner and stay at Lachung hotel.

Day 3 :

: EXCURSION TRIP TO YUMTHANG VALLEY

Early Morning post breakfast visits Yumthang-valley (known as Valley of Flowers); Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of yetis & winter playgrounds of yaks. On the way back, visit the Hot Spring considered medicinal properties. Back to Lachung hotel for lunch and transfer to Gangtok.
